- Returns
1.1 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
1.3 Please contact our customer service team at 005elements@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
1.4 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
1.5 If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 Business days.
